Recently, my colleague shared Murphy's Law with us. She mentioned some very interesting phenomena in the sharing, and many people felt deeply. She said: When you are in a hurry, you find that every intersection is a red light; when you are late, the elevator entrance is always crowded; when the train is about to open, the security check is always slow.

This phenomenon is called Murphy's Law. The premise of its effect is that you care too much about something so that all its present, captured, and magnified your emotions, will make you feel that bad things continue to happen throughout the day.

There are red lights every day, the elevator is crowded every day, and the security staff will not speed up the ticket check because the train is going fast. If it is not a matter of time and lingering delays in life, we will always disagree. Only under the sense of time urgency, "It's late, it's too late, and the train is about to drive ..." When Murphy's Law is fulfilled, it will happen.

The premise of Murphy's Law is the anxiety caused by excessive attention to events. Behind it is the habit that people like to delay.

Everyone understands the truth, but few people can really do it. Most people are intermittently full of ambition, and continue to eat together to die; their mouths shout for early action, but their bodies continue to drag honestly. Today I resolved to go to bed early and get up early, but I accidentally swiped my mobile phone to 2 o'clock, and I got up in the morning the next day; I decided to finish the plan before work in the morning, but I could n’t help but brush up my friends after I wrote two sentences. In the circle, the plan only started when it was off ...
Tomorrow is coming again, and tomorrow is so many; delays and delays can never be done.

提前10分钟起床,可以从容地照照镜子整整仪容,出门时就不会那么狼狈;
提前10分钟出门,不用担心上班迟到,不用担心扣工资,不用担心错过重要的会议;

Get up 10 minutes in advance, you can calmly look in the mirror, and you will not be so embarrassed when you go out;
Go out 10 minutes in advance, no need to worry about being late for work, no need to worry about salary deductions, no need to worry about missing important meeting content;
Prepare the meeting materials 10 minutes in advance, and you will not be in a hurry when you are in a meeting.

An employee of our company has been employed for six years and has never been late and left early.
Rarely ask for leave, and attend every month> Attendance.
Does she live closer? — No.
No traffic jam on the road she passed? -Obviously not.
Is she always lucky? -It is even more impossible.
Because of her check-in time, most of them were 20 minutes earlier.

In time management, give yourself enough space to make all accidents controllable.A person who can control time has a natural future.At present, this employee has become the vice president of the company. Her experience tells us.Life can be rewritten 10 minutes in advance.

 In "Quit it!" In the book Procrastination, a comprehensive analysis is made of the phenomenon of "procrastination": According to statistics, about 80% of people suffer from procrastination of different degrees, and the causes are similar. If you also want to draw a line with procrastination as soon as possible, you may wish to recognize your crux first, and then make targeted improvements.

1. 懒惰型拖延——懒,大概是拖延的主要原因;
2. 完美型拖延——完成比完美重要,过于追求完美,结果什么都做不完;
3. 害怕失败拖延——害怕得不到自己想要的结果,一直借故逃避,不愿行动;
4. 追求刺激性的拖延——做事情喜欢“踩点”的快感,却经常因时间不足翻车;

1. Lazy procrastination-laziness is probably the main reason for procrastination;
2. Perfect Procrastination-Completion is more important than perfection, and too much pursuit of perfection results in nothing to be done;
3. Fear of failure and delay-fear of not getting the results you want, always evading by reason, unwilling to act;
4. Pursuing irritating procrastination-doing things like the thrill of "stepping on the point", but often overturning due to lack of time;

1. 改善环境,与不拖沓,不拖延的人为伍;
2. 摆正心态,凡事多做点,其实不吃亏;
3. 定好目标, 做好规划,效率自然提高;
4. 不找借口,抛弃完美主义与畏难情绪;
5. 学习时间管理,盘活碎片时间;

Stop procrastination, try the following:
1. Improve the environment and work with people who don't delay;
2. Set your mindset and do more in everything, but you won't suffer;
3. Set goals, make plans, and improve efficiency naturally;
4. Make no excuses and abandon perfectionism and fear;
5. Learning time management, revitalizing fragmentation time;

Don't let procrastination become a habit of your life. After Murphy's Law, there may be a cat kick effect, which will make people fall into a negative cycle. When you quit procrastination, 10 minutes ahead of time, life will become a force at the next life slope because of the accumulation of these subtle changes, helping you to reach the peak, refusing to delay, and sharing with everyone.
